The underlying software and coding on the Site is owned by the Platform Operator (except software or coding owned by third parties). Content on the Site is provided to you for your information and personal and educational use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, broadcast, displayed, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the Site Controller and the respective owners. Any claim or dispute between you and the Site, the Site Controller and the Platform Operator arising from the Site shall be decided exclusively by the courts of England and Wales. These Terms and Conditions, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by the Site Controller and Platform Operator without restriction.
